2. Send Proof of Payment

Send your proof of payment to:

a. Via Messenger  - Archie May Mi-ot, or Ma Len Pinili-Villanueva

b. Via Email - negorpicpa@gmail.com

1. Login to your PICPA MELS account (picpasystem.com.ph)

2. In the navigation bar, click on "Request for Certificate of Good Standing"

3. You will be redirected to Google Forms. Fill out the form. Instructions are also indicated in this form.

4. Submit form. 

Notes:

The Certificate of Membership in Good Standing will be electronically transmitted to the member's email address. The email address should be the same registered in the PICPA MELs portal. The eCMGS is valid for the fiscal year issued.
